Location: Rotherham

Contract: Full time / Part time / Long term and short term positions available

Start Date: ASAP or upon notice

Salary: £89-£120 per day (depending on experience)

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of inclusive primary and secondary schools across Sheffield. As a specialist education recruitment agency, we work closely with local settings who are seeking confident and nurturing individuals to support pupils with additional needs.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of needs (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and Speech & Language needs)
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Help pupils to develop confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Implement behaviour support strategies and promote positive learning
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

  • Experience supporting children or young people (school based or non school settings considered)
