About our client school: An exciting new opportunity has opened in an inclusive SEN school located in London. The sites are mainly in Romford and Walthamstow, with additional sites in the surrounding London area working exclusively with a Multi-Academy Trust. Our client schools are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Able to make reasonable adjustments for the students' individual needs.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching assistant methods and resources to facilitate active learning and promote student engagement.
  • Assess student progress and provide support with the students' individual and group learning.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Team Teacher is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
  • Previous experience teaching SEN students is desirable but not essential.
