Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for variety, flexibility, and the chance to make an impact across secondary schools? We are recruiting Teachers in Hampshire to work across Primary Key Stages, supporting our partnership schools with day-to-day and longer-term cover.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to build confidence and explore different settings, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and find the right environment for you. We are particularly looking to recruit in the following locations for our partnership schools: Eastleigh, Winchester, Botley, Ashurst, Southampton, Chandler's Ford and Basingstoke.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and show initiative
  • Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning space for all pupils

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), QTLS or equivalent
  • Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools (references required)
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
