Role Overview

We are seeking committed Cover Supervisors to join our team to support the Trust. The Successful Candidates will work within a secondary school, delivering pre-planned lessons to students and supporting their academic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Guide pupils through pre-planned lessons ensuring they are engaging and effective.
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a secondary School/School Setting.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Ability to drive is preferred; if not, you must have sufficient links to public transport.
