Job Responsibilities
- Support teachers in managing class behaviour
- Setting up and running some activities
- To understand the classroom roles and responsibilities
- Getting the classroom ready for lessons
- Ensure safeguarding regulations are consistently adhered to
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience working with children
- Resilience and a great work ethic
- Feel comfortable receiving direction from the classroom teacher
- Working with small groups and 1:1
- Assist students during class and ensure they are on task
