Are you a recent graduate seeking a career in Education? Are you interested in supporting Primary or Secondary school students on a long term basis? Do you want to get relevant experience in order to apply for a PGCE or Schools Direct Course? CER Education are recruiting for dedicated Learning Support Assistants on a temporary and long term basis within Liverpool schools due to expansion.
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential. The roles are to start as soon as possible and there will be a range of full time and part time positions available as well as some Adhoc roles. Graduates with all degree backgrounds are welcome to apply.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess the ability to develop professional working relationships with pupils and staff
- Have a positive impact on learning and behaviour
- Implement effective classroom management in line with the school's behaviour management policy
- Offer support to staff and children
