CER are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team of Nursery Nurses to work temporarily within a Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fun and engaging environment. A Nursery Nurse wears many hats. They are important in creating a positive and inclusive environment that supports the overall development of the children under their care. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Carry out different support methods to encourage student learning and engagement
  • Implement an inclusive environment for all students to be supported
  • Supporting early learning, emotional development, and wellbeing, working closely with the class teacher
  • Supporting activities that develop fine and gross motor skills
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for children. This includes supervising play areas, maintaining cleanliness, and following health and safety regulations
  • Communicating with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Ideally you will have

  • Level 2 or 3 Early years Educator (EYE)/ Childcare Qualification
  • Prior experience working in a UK based Nursery is essential for this role and references will be requested
  • Great communicational and organisational skills
