Job Title: History Teacher

Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: £130 to £251.71 per day

CER is working exclusively with a well-regarded academy in Darlington, seeking a passionate and committed History Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school with excellent leadership, strong systems, and a supportive staff culture. The role is full-time, start in October and will at run until at least Christmas, with a view to extending for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Teach History across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
• Support students to reach their full potential
• Work as part of a collaborative and dedicated team

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Open to experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
