CER are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support within a Multi-Academy Trust in the Grimsby area. As a temporary Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students across Early Years and all Key Stages. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of schools, gaining valuable experience or trying new settings to find your dream job. You will be contributing to our supportive and inclusive school community and making a positive impact on the lives of the students. We are also keen to speak to Early Career Teaching Assistants who have just graduated and are looking to kick start their careers.
We have a number of exciting opportunities available, with full support to help you transition into the classroom for 2026. We are also particularly looking to recruit in the following locations for our partnership schools: Bridlington, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Louth, Immingham, Mablethorpe and North Lincolnshire.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting lessons across the curriculum while helping to differentiate and adapt where appropriate given students' EHCPs.
- Adapt to different school environments showing flexibility and resilience.
- Utilise a variety of support methods and resources to facilitate active learning and promote student engagement.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the curriculum.
- Teaching Assistant Qualification.
- Previous experience supporting in a UK based school is essential for this role and references will need to be submitted.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
