CER are looking to add to our team of Cover Supervisors to fulfil temporary positions within our partnership schools in Dartford. As a Cover Supervisor you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students across a wide range of Key Stages on a flexible basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of schools, gaining valuable experience or trying new settings. We are particularly looking to recruit in the following locations for our partnership schools: Kent, Medway, Gravesend, and Maidstone.
Role Overview:
- Guide pupils through pre-planned lessons ensuring they are engaging and effective.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience working in a secondary school/school setting.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Ability to drive is preferred; if not, you must have sufficient links to public transport.
