Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach a mixed-ability class, create a stimulating learning environment, and contribute to the overall development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum

Assess and track students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for all students

Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress

Participate in school events, activities, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching at the primary level (preferred but not essential for newly qualified teachers)

Strong classroom management skills

Ability to inspire and motivate students

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to continuous professional development
