Cépages is a small neighbourhood restaurant and wine bar in Notting Hill (around 35 seats) focused on seasonal ingredients, thoughtful cooking and great wines. The kitchen serves French-inspired food with a modern, relaxed approach, built around good produce, simplicity and precision. Led by a MasterChef: The Professionals contestant, the restaurant is built around a small, collaborative team and a calm kitchen environment.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who enjoys working with great ingredients, contributing ideas and being part of a small team shaping the next chapter of the restaurant.

The Role
Working alongside the Head Chef you will help maintain the quality, organisation and spirit of the kitchen. You will:
- Support the daily running of the kitchen
- Maintain consistency and standards during service
- Work closely with a small team of chefs
- Contribute ideas to seasonal menus
You:
You care about good produce and simple, precise cooking. You are organised, calm in service and enjoy working collaboratively in a small team. Experience in good kitchens helps, but attitude and curiosity matter most.
