Your role
Are you a driven, results-focused sales professional with a passion for developing new business in the Point of Sale (POS) display industry?
Our Doncaster team are looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our high-impact display business — a unique opportunity to grow accounts from £100K to £1M+.
The Job
- Focus 70% on new business development and 30% on account management.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in the POS display market, aligned with our strategic goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, from prospecting to account growth.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments (Design, Production, Sales) to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Attend customer site visits, meetings, and industry exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and produce insightful monthly reports.
The Person
- Proven sales experience in the POS display sector, with a track record of closing deals worth £250K+.
- Strong knowledge of 3D printed solutions such as FSDUs, countertop units, and in-store cardboard displays.
- A confident communicator and team player who can operate autonomously.
- Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- UK Driving Licence and comfortable with travel.
- Location in Southeast England or within a 2-hour commute to Doncaster preferred.
