We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join our team delivering Agile projects using the latest Microsoft technology for our clients. Our rapidly growing team works mainly with Public Sector organisations to deliver solutions and applications that drive value and engage customers using Power Platform and the Microsoft technology stack.
The primary focus of the role would be working with our team to deliver Power Platform solutions for our customers utilising Microsoft Technologies with a focus on Power Platform and Azure to deliver solutions. As a Power Platform Architect, you will be expected to take the Technical Lead role on projects, contribute to defining Technical Architecture, leading teams of developers, creating Power Platform propositions and proposals.
Your mission will be to deliver projects which lead to happy customers. You will be expected to lead or work as part of a team, or on your own for smaller projects, working alongside the assigned Delivery Manager to ensure a successful outcome. You will work on the technical side of sales bids, helping the company to win new work with customers whilst providing effort estimates and technical solutions which meet the customer need. You will also keep abreast of new technologies, assessing their suitability, and helping us use them on projects so clients can drive value and engage customers.

Mandatory Experience
- Power Platform development experience including:
- Power Apps using Dataverse Canvas and Model Driven Apps
- Power Automate
- Team Leading
- Technical Architecture and Design
- Agile project delivery (ideally Scrum)
- Working in a services company
- Eligible to obtain SC Clearance
Desirable Experience
- Power BI
- Virtual Agents, AI Builder and OpenAI
- Power Pages
- Exposure to D365 Development
- Microsoft bespoke development, e.g., ASP.NET
- Azure experience
Location
Our office is near Guildford, and most of our customers are within London. You will need to travel to the office and customer site as required to deliver projects. Our expectation is that on average you will be in the office 2 days per week.
