Content Manager - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Contract | Remote | UK Public Sector Project
At Ceox, we are supporting a major Public Sector programme following the upgrade of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to enable direct marketing through Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. We are looking for an experienced CRM Content Manager (Contractor) to join our project team and take ownership of campaign creation and execution within the platform. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role. There is no development required, but strong functional expertise and end‑to‑end campaign experience are essential.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong background in email marketing campaign management
- Hands‑on experience building segments and journeys in D365 Customer Insights
- Solid HTML/CSS email build skills
- Experience delivering campaigns end‑to‑end in regulated or structured environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
What you will be doing
- Building and executing email marketing campaigns in D365 Customer Insights – Journeys
- Creating segments, automated journeys and triggered communications
- Designing and developing responsive email templates using HTML/CSS
- Managing the full campaign lifecycle from build to reporting and optimisation
- Working closely with CEOX stakeholders and Public Sector client teams
- Establishing reusable campaign assets and structured CRM content libraries
Desirable
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Voice
- Previous public sector experience
