We’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Consultant to join our growing team, delivering Agile Microsoft solutions for UK Public Sector clients. In this role, you’ll work hands-on designing and building solutions using Power Platform and Azure, collaborating closely with developers, delivery managers, and customers. You’ll have real ownership across the full lifecycle — from solution design through to build, delivery, and continuous improvement. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical delivery with client engagement and who is motivated by using technology to improve public services.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident, delivery-focused consultant with strong Power Platform experience, comfortable working in Agile teams and directly with customers. You’ll enjoy turning requirements into high-quality, user-focused applications and be keen to keep learning as the Microsoft ecosystem evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Power Platform solutions within Agile delivery teams
- Build applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Dataverse
- Create and manage workflows using Power Automate, including integrations and approvals
- Collaborate with developers, delivery managers, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Engage directly with clients and end users to understand requirements and provide guidance
- Contribute to solution design, technical discussions, and delivery best practices
- Support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong hands-on Power Platform development experience, including:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) using Dataverse
- Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, integrations)
Desirable
- Power BI (reports and dashboards)
- Power Pages
- AI Builder, Virtual Agents, OpenAI integrations
- Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration
- Awareness of Azure integrations (Logic Apps, Functions, APIs)
- Exposure to bespoke Microsoft development (e.g. ASP.NET)

- Strong customer service mindset
- Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Flexible, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities

- Curious and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Contract (outside IR35)
- Location: Remote (UK-based candidates preferred)
