- An apprentice looking to start a career in IT, or

Who We’re Looking For
An enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in IT, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn. Prior experience is not essential; attitude and willingness to develop are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line IT support
- Log and resolve support tickets
- Support Microsoft 365 users
- Set up and maintain IT equipment
- Escalate issues where required
- Configure cloud services
Mandatory Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Eligibility for BPSS clearance
- GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 5 or above)
- Plus one of the following:
- A‑Levels (for apprentice applicants), or
- A degree in IT or a related field (for entry‑level applicants)
