Who We’re Looking For

An enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in IT, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn. Prior experience is not essential; attitude and willingness to develop are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line IT support
  • Log and resolve support tickets
  • Support Microsoft 365 users
  • Set up and maintain IT equipment
  • Escalate issues where required
  • Configure cloud services

Mandatory Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Eligibility for BPSS clearance
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 5 or above)
  • Plus one of the following:
  • A‑Levels (for apprentice applicants), or
  • A degree in IT or a related field (for entry‑level applicants)

Desirable

  • IT‑related qualifications or coursework
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and networking

Contract Details
