We are seeking experienced Dynamics 365 Developers to join our delivery team working on Agile Microsoft technology projects within the UK Public Sector. You will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering secure, scalable Dynamics 365 Online (CE) solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance user engagement across government departments. Senior Developers may also take on Technical Lead responsibilities across workstreams.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Dynamics 365 professional who thrives in Agile environments and has experience working within consultancy or services-led organisations. You should be confident working independently in a remote setup while collaborating closely with architects, BAs, testers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customise Dynamics 365 Online (CE) solutions
- Build and implement custom entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations
- Develop secure, high-quality, maintainable D365 solutions
- Collaborate with solution architects and functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Support testing, release, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues (Senior level)
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Online / CE development
- Proven experience delivering solutions in Agile (Scrum) environments
- Previous experience within a consultancy/services organisation
- Eligible to obtain BPSS or SC Clearance
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Desirable
- C#, .NET / ASP.NET development experience
- Experience with D365 integrations and APIs
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services
- Experience delivering Public Sector solutions
