We are looking for a BA/Consultant with experience in understanding and analysing the needs of users and organisations to define solution specifications. Our rapidly growing team works mainly with Public Sector organisations to deliver solutions and applications that drive value and engage customers using Microsoft technology.
You will be responsible for performing discovery, capturing requirements, challenging ways of working by engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders. You will work to understand business processes, model the process and suggest business improvements, enabling clients to engage their customers and deliver value. You will define Business processes and write User Stories which the development team will turn into working software that meets the needs of Users and business objectives.

Mission
Your mission will be to deliver projects which lead to happy customers. You will use a variety of methods and techniques to facilitate, refine and record user needs, ensuring the development team understands the needs of internal and external users. You will document using user stories the features which are required to deliver working systems that meet customer expectations. You will work as guided by the Delivery Manager and alongside the rest of the team to ensure a successful project delivery. All our projects are delivered in an Agile manner, and you will work in a supportive manner with the team including coaching junior team members. We also provide opportunities for you to contribute to other related areas including best practice, tools and improving Ceox processes and ways of working.

- Knowledge of other Microsoft products including Azure
- Familiarity with GDS Service Design principles
- Awareness of UX/UR
This role would suit an individual who is motivated by the consulting/analysis element of a project and is able to challenge customers, making recommendations that exploit new ways of working within our technology set. Knowledge of the technology is beneficial - though the focus of the role is on the ability to capture, consult and guide clients over hands-on configuration.
Location
Our office is near Guildford and most of our customers are within London. You will need to travel to the office and customer site as required to deliver projects. Our expectation is that on average you will be in the office 2 days per week.
