Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and continence support.
- Assist service users with mobility, transfers, and the use of mobility aids.
- Support with medication in accordance with care plans and company procedures.
- Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking where required.
- Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting wellbeing and reducing social isolation.
- Encourage service users to remain as independent as possible and support them with daily activities.
- Follow individual care plans and respect each person's preferences, choices, culture, and dignity.
- Observe and report any changes in a service user's physical or emotional wellbeing to the appropriate healthcare professional or senior staff member.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with service users, relatives, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow safeguarding, infection control, health and safety, confidentiality, and other relevant care policies and procedures.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and seek medical assistance when necessary.

- Must be driver with Full UK Driving License
