WORKING HOURS: Night shifts - 36 hours per week

THE ROLE: As a Senior Care Assistant you will support residents to live the best life possible through the provision of high quality safe care that meets every individual’s personal and social needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to develop a career within Health & Social care as for the right candidate full extensive training opportunities will be provided by the employer. Progression to Care Home Assistant Practitioner is attainable within the company.

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working with elderly people with dementia or in a Care Assistant or Support Worker role. Although this is not essential as full free training will be provided for committed candidates with the right empathetic and caring mind set. It is essential you are a naturally caring and compassionate person who is confident and enjoys working with others. Candidates must also live within or be able to easily commute to Wigan.
