What you will do Support the Head Chef in leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
Take ownership of kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained at all times.
Help deliver the Century culinary vision, bringing consistency, creativity, and attention to detail across every service.
Lead by example through hands-on service, coaching, and mentoring junior chefs.
Ensure flawless execution across la carte dining, private events, and member functions.
Drive efficiency, organisation, and high standards throughout the kitchen.
Champion food safety, hygiene, sustainability, and waste reduction.
Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new dishes, menus, and seasonal specials.
What we're looking for Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef (or an exceptional Sous Chef ready to step up) within a quality hospitality venue such as a private members' club, 5-star hotel, or well-established gastro pub.
A genuine hands-on chef who thrives in service and enjoys leading from the front.
