Century Club is seeking an experienced and highly polished F & B Manager / AGM to support the General Manager in leading the restaurant / bar operation within our private members club. This role is central to maintaining and elevating service standards, nurturing talent, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

The ideal candidate will have trained and progressed within a leading hospitality group and will bring both confidence and finesse to a service-led environment.

About You

  • Proven experience in a premium or luxury hospitality group, such as The Ivy Collection, Soho House, Corbin & King, or comparable high-end restaurant or members club brands.
  • Strong experience in bar & restaurant departments.
  • Strong training background from a respected hospitality group.
  • Passionate about food, service, and people development.
  • Naturally confident, polished, and calm under pressure.
  • Immaculate attention to detail and presentation.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to drive revenue and standards simultaneously.
  • Solid and consistent employment record.
  • Professional, discreet, and aligned with a members club environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example on the floor, delivering warm, professional, and intuitive service at all times.
  • Elevate and maintain service standards in line with the clubs ethos and expectations.
  • Developing and training and onboarding program is paramount to this position.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop the front-of-house team, with a strong focus on ongoing training.
  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and members areas.
  • Ensure club standards are upheld consistently, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Drive revenue through upselling, guest engagement, and effective service delivery.
  • Foster a culture of pride, professionalism, and accountability within the team.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team, demonstrating a genuine understanding and passion for food and drink.
  • Maintain strong operational controls, rotas, and labour efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted ambassador for the club, building strong relationships with members.
