About the Property Agent role
As a Property Agent, you will support both our commercial and residential operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, fast-paced, and client focused.
Property Agent Key Responsibilities
- Property viewings - Conduct and support commercial and residential viewings
- Property inspections - Conduct routine inspections and reporting
- Portal management - Maintain listings and ensure accuracy across all platforms
- Client communication - Provide professional, timely updates to clients and applicants
- Social media marketing - Support marketing efforts to promote properties and brand visibility
- General administrative support - Assist with day-to-day office operations
Property Agent Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in law/real estate/property management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in sales preferred
- Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential; organisational skills are crucial
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
