Role Overview
This position requires a confident architectural professional capable of delivering precise technical work, managing regulatory processes, and guiding clients through development opportunities. You will play a pivotal role in shaping property potential, ensuring compliance, and supporting our agents and clients with authoritative architectural insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Design: Produce concept layouts, measured surveys, and feasibility assessments for a wide range of property types.
- Planning Applications: Prepare and submit Change of Use, Householder, and Full Planning applications with accuracy and strategic awareness.
- Building Standards Compliance: Ensure all proposals meet Scottish Building Standards and manage Building Warrant documentation.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines, coordinate consultants and contractors, and manage deliverables across multiple projects.
- Regulatory Advisory: Provide clear guidance on planning constraints, conservation requirements.
