Centuro Global simplifies business travel and immigration with expert legal support and award-winning technology. Leading companies in over 170 countries choose us over legacy providers for our speed, transparency, and ability to handle complex requirements.

About the role:

We are looking for someone to raise the standard of the entire client services function. At Centuro Global, we operate in a fast-moving, complex, global environment across visa and immigration, expansion and technology. Our client services team sits at the core of this.

This role is for someone who can:

  • Build high-performing teams
  • Drive accountability and speed
  • Improve how we operate using systems, tools, and technology
  • Turn good people into exceptional operators

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a client services team across multiple markets
  • Driving performance across response times, client satisfaction, and delivery quality
  • Embedding a culture of ownership, speed, and commercial awareness
  • Identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows using tools and technology
  • Coaching team members on communication, client handling, and escalation management
  • Implementing structured training and development programmes
  • Creating visibility across performance (metrics, reporting, accountability)
  • Working closely with leadership to continuously raise standards

This is not a traditional operations role. We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, leverages AI instinctively, and operates at a pace that outperforms the norm. You should:

  • Naturally look for ways to automate, streamline, and remove manual work using AI and modern tools
  • Be obsessed with speed and efficiency — you don’t wait, you execute and iterate quickly
  • Constantly ask: “How can this be done faster, better, or at scale?”
  • Be confident implementing and experimenting with AI tools (e.g. workflow automation, prompt engineering, process optimisation) to improve team output
  • Have a mindset of continuous optimisation, not maintenance — you upgrade systems, not just manage them
  • Be comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and driving rapid change without over-analysis
  • Push the team toward high-leverage work, eliminating low-value tasks

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just adopt technology, you think through it, build with it, and lead others to use it effectively.

What this role really is:

  • A performance transformation role
  • A people + systems role
  • A hands-on leadership position
  • A technology-enabled execution role

You will be expected to:

  • Challenge existing behaviours
  • Introduce better ways of working
  • Drive change quickly

What we are really looking for is someone who has experience managing teams in a client-facing environment (legal, immigration, relocation, EOR, or similar). You must have a proven track record of improving team performance and delivery standards as well as experience working with enterprise or complex clients.

But more importantly, you are someone who:

  • Naturally holds high standards and does not accept “average”
  • Knows how to motivate, challenge, and develop people
  • Is structured, organised, and operationally strong
  • Uses tools, systems, and technology to improve performance
  • Communicates clearly and confidently at all levels
  • Is proactive and solution-oriented

What will make you stand out:

  • You’ve transformed or significantly improved a team’s performance
  • You’ve implemented systems or tools that increased efficiency
  • You are comfortable using AI or modern tools to improve workflows
  • You combine empathy with accountability (you can support and challenge)
  • You move fast and create momentum

What you’ll get:

  • The opportunity to shape and lead a critical function
  • Direct impact on client experience and business performance
  • A fast-moving, ambitious environment
  • The ability to build and develop a high-performing team
  • Real ownership and visibility
