About the role

We are looking for someone to raise the standard of the entire client services function. At Centuro Global, we operate in a fast-moving, complex global environment across visa and immigration, expansion and technology. Our client services team sits at the core of this. This role is for someone who can:

  • Build high-performing teams
  • Drive accountability and speed
  • Improve how we operate using systems, tools, and technology

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a client services team across multiple markets
  • Driving performance across response times, client satisfaction, and delivery quality
  • Embedding a culture of ownership, speed, and commercial awareness
  • Identifying inefficiencies and improving workflows using tools and technology
  • Coaching team members on communication, client handling, and escalation management
  • Implementing structured training and development programmes
  • Creating visibility across performance (metrics, reporting, accountability)
  • Working closely with leadership to continuously raise standards

Technology, AI & execution mindset (Critical for success)

This is not a traditional operations role. We are looking for someone who thinks in systems, leverages AI instinctively, and operates at a pace that outperforms the norm. You should:
