Rental Manager

With a large vehicle fleet based across the UK, with cars, vans, LCV, HGV and trailers, the rental desk can be diverse and fast moving with all aspects of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the operational fulfilment of a busy rental operation
• Supporting the sales team in customer meetings, leading an operational team in the full life cycle of rental management.
• Working to targets and maximising the efficiency and growth of the location
• Maintain excellent standards and be the local face of the brand
• Train and develop a team of employees working to successfully manage a large rental operation
• Operational tasks include authorising work orders, managing service schedules, check in and out of physical stock, preparation of management reports, leading a health and safety conscious workplace, etc
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the customer base
