We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to lead and support our recruitment processes. You’ll ensure all vacancies are advertised promptly, attract top talent through various channels, and support hiring managers to maintain a strong employer brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward-thinking team with access to a new Applicant Tracking System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment requisitions and advertising across multiple platforms, including social media
  • Promote vacancies internally and externally in line with equalities and inclusion policies
  • Coach and advise hiring managers to produce engaging job adverts and build cohesive teams
  • Utilise the Applicant Tracking System to support the recruitment journey for candidates and managers
  • Represent the organisation at recruitment fairs and networking events
  • Assist in delivering a high-quality recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns independently
  • Experience using recruitment platforms and social media for candidate attraction
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Awareness of equality, diversity, and inclusive recruitment practices
  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or HR administration
  • Understanding of employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Experience supporting or attending recruitment events or fairs
