Centurion Staunch Innovative Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and experienced Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated, one-on-one support. In this highly rewarding role, you will be making a significant difference in an individual's life by delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care in strict alignment with the individual's person‐centred care plan.
- Safely administer medication and provide feeding support via NG tube.
- Continuously monitor for seizures and respond appropriately and swiftly.
- Support with supra-pubic catheter care, including maintaining hygiene, monitoring for potential issues, and reporting any concerns.
- Manage challenging behaviour in a safe, calm, and professional manner.
- Assist with daily personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and other daily living tasks.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely care notes and documentation.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals.
- Proven experience working in complex care.
- Hands‐on experience with catheter care.
- Experience in supporting individuals who experience seizures.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in managing challenging behaviour.
- Solid theoretical knowledge of NG tube care.
- Exceptional communication and meticulous observation skills.
- A calm, patient, and reliable demeanour, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Must hold the Right to Work in the UK.
- Direct, hands‐on experience with NG tube care.
- Current PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) or MAPA (Management of Actual or Potential Aggression) training, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, neurological conditions, or learning disabilities.
- Previous experience delivering focused 1:1 or 2:1 care.
