We are looking for Lantra qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our dynamic Leeds depot team.

What You’ll Do: As a Traffic Management operative, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring safety and efficiency on site. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the safe delivery/installation of all Traffic Management in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ensure that daily vehicle and asset checks are conducted and recorded on the company’s bespoke app.
  • Ability to multitask while adapting to ever-changing priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records e.g. site checks, site photos and risk assessments.
  • Report any near misses to either your Depot Supervisor or Manager.
  • Knowledge of the red book and chapter 8.
  • Assist with maintaining depot stock levels by ensuring all equipment is placed in the designated area, specifically batteries for recharging.
  • Good housekeeping within the depot and on site.
  • Flexibility and adaptability regarding working hours which may consist of days, nights, and weekends.
  • May also be required to work away; hotels will be fully provided with subsistence payment included.
  • A full UK driving license and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
