Centurion Selection is a fast-growing staffing agency with an in-house team of recruiting experts who actively field and place candidates in executive positions for the multi-family construction industry.
With offices located in Houston, Miami, and London, consistent growth has created the need to expand our operations in London.
We are currently looking for an Operations Manager. This role is based full time in our office, based near London Bridge.
This role would sit across two successful and growing recruitment businesses and offers great exposure within the operational businesses to help shape and improve the middle office functions.
Responsibilities/ Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Liaise with the team across numerous functions to improve the overall operational performance of non-sales related activity.
- Manage all supplier partner relationships including IT systems, CRM, Linked In, Job boards, facilities management etc.
- Review and manage contracts from a commercial, legal and technical perspective with clients and third parties, ensuring best value for the business is achieved.
- Support the business to deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy across the organisation, aligned with the company values and objectives.
- Manage HR related activities including contracts, onboarding etc.
- Manage the IT function across the business (with the support of external resource) to ensure that the sales function is able to run efficiently.
- Managing project work on an ad-hoc basis.
- Work with a high level of exposure to problem solving, addressing operational challenges in an efficient and robust manner.
- Help to manage a third party research team to ensure their operations are effective and integrate with the sales team and company CRM.

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, social media and other IT tools, along with the ability to quickly and effectively learn new software packages.
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and build a rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to review and summarise key aspects from legal contracts into concise reports.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to understand how best value can be achieved in all undertakings.
