Our London Bridge team partners exclusively with US clients on retained and senior-level mandates - offering high fees, high demand, and huge development opportunities.
We are now hiring a Delivery Consultant (180) to work directly with our Directors and VP on executive search assignments. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recruiter with 3–5 years’ experience who wants:
- to specialise in high-quality, senior search
- no cold BD or sales targets
You’ll play a key role in delivering high-level search projects across the US market:
- Building talent pipelines and market maps for top US contractors & developers
- Using research, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing to identify elite talent
- Contributing to process improvement and shaping delivery best practice as we scale
3–5+ years’ experience in recruitment (construction, engineering, tech, property, or similar B2B markets ideal) ~ Someone who truly enjoys headhunting and candidate strategy - not BD ~ Motivated by quality of work, not just KPIs
