Salary: £40–50K base + uncapped commission (six-figure OTE potential)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, scale, and dominate a market-leading desk within US construction and property development.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and senior placements.
• Forge and maintain long-term relationships with industry leaders.
• Drive commercial growth through strategic negotiation, deal-closing, and market expansion.
• Collaborate with a motivated, ambitious team to exceed targets.
