We are hiring a Delivery Consultant (180) to operate at the core of our executive search function, working directly with our Directors and VPs on senior mandates.
This is not high-volume contingency recruitment.
This is structured, strategic executive search delivery.
The Opportunity
You will focus entirely on search execution, candidate identification, and delivery – building deep market knowledge while developing true executive search capability.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading targeted headhunting campaigns for senior and leadership roles across the U.S.
- Building market maps, talent pipelines, and competitor intelligence within construction and property development
- Identifying and engaging senior talent through proactive sourcing and networking
- Conducting detailed candidate screening, qualification, and longlisting
- Managing candidates through the full executive search lifecycle
- Partnering closely with Directors on retained and confidential mandates
- Contributing to best practice as the executive search function continues to scale
This Role Is For You If…
- You have 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience
- You’ve delivered senior, niche, or complex roles
- You enjoy headhunting and strategic candidate engagement
- You value quality, detail, and long-term relationships over volume
