Founded in 2018, Centurion Selection is a fast-growing staffing agency with an in-house team of recruiting experts who actively field and place candidates in executive positions for the multi-family construction industry. At Centurion Selection, we garner a first-class service approach and tailor our objectives to our clients and candidates with optimal engagement and communication. With offices located in Houston, Miami, and London, explosive growth has created the need for Associate Recruitment Consultants in our London office.

You will be working alongside our experienced consultants, helping them deliver a wide range of hiring requirements from our clients. If you are ambitious and have an entrepreneurial mindset, we’ll supply the training, coaching, and encouragement to help you develop. No two days are quite the same, but you will be responsible for the following things on a day-to-day basis:

  • Take control of your own desk and lead your multifamily construction specialty
  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
  • Opportunities to bring in business and negotiate contracts with equals more opportunities for additional commissions
  • Be an integral performer - hitting weekly targets
  • Develop an extensive pipeline of both active and passive candidates
  • Hands on management of multiple recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Develop relationships with key industry leaders to fully understand the multi-family construction market and become a true expert
