Who We’re Looking For

  • We’re searching for an experienced Property Manager who:
  • Thrives on building genuine client relationships.

  • Holds a current WA Property Management Registration.
  • Has a reliable vehicle suitable for work use.
  • Has a minimum of two years’ experience in Property Management.

  • You’ll be supported by an experienced and well-resourced team including:
  • Dedicated Leasing Consultant.
  • Trust Accountant.
  • Experienced Virtual Assistant support (10+ years with the company) assisting with administration.
  • Streamlined systems and administrative support.

We’re technology-focused where it counts, using:

  • Property Tree.
  • Inspection Express.
  • 360 cameras and 4K inspection technology.
  • Microsoft Office 365 and OneDrive synced systems.
  • Laptop, second screen, and mobile setup provided for home office use.
