The opportunity Centurion Partners Group is hiring sales consultants in London at all experience levels — from those taking their first steps in a commercial career, to seasoned B2B professionals looking for a stronger environment and a higher ceiling. What You Will Do:

  • Meet business owners face‑to‑face to present DOJO payment solutions and understand their needs.
  • Make outbound calls — both cold and warm — to generate appointments and follow up on interest.
  • Work partner‑generated and inbound leads that come pre‑scored so you can focus your energy where it counts.
  • Close deals and handle the associated documentation and client onboarding accurately.
  • Attend industry events to build relationships and broaden your network.
  • Manage your pipeline consistently in our CRM — good habits here directly affect your earnings.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • No Experience Yet: You have not worked in sales before but you are motivated, disciplined, and serious about building a commercial career. You communicate well, you take feedback on board, and you are comfortable with a performance‑driven environment.
  • 1–3 Years Of Sales Experience: You have worked in sales, telesales, brokerage, or a similar results‑driven role and you can already convert activity into outcomes. You are looking for a stronger professional environment, a more meaningful B2B profile, and a higher income ceiling than your current role offers.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience: You have a confident command of both face‑to‑face and telephone sales, you operate independently, and you hold yourself to a high commercial standard. You may have an existing client base or network. You are looking for greater autonomy, stronger partners, and a credible path toward building and leading a team.

Across all levels, what matters most is an internal drive for results, reliability, and a genuine interest in growing through performance rather than tenure.

Pay — What You Should Know:

This role is commission‑only. You are paid on deals closed. There is no base salary. Earnings range from GBP 50,000 to GBP 100,000 per year based on deals closed. These figures reflect the range across active consultants in our network and are not guaranteed. Your actual earnings will depend on your activity, pipeline, and time in the role — most consultants build toward the higher end gradually over time. As a self‑employed contractor, you are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance, and business costs. The figures above are gross amounts before tax.
