Centurion Europe Ltd continues to grow, and we’re looking for a driven, commercially minded Area Sales Manager to join our team. This is a field‑based role focused on developing a thriving territory, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales across our extensive product range.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing a clear business plan for your territory
- Winning new business across builder merchants, DIY stores, hardware retailers and independents
- Growing and supporting an existing customer base
- Managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
- Selling our diverse product range (ironmongery, fixings, decorating tools, garden, safety and more)
- Providing merchandising and POS support to maximise sell‑through
- Using market insight and internal data to shape your sales strategy
- Working closely with a supportive, collaborative team
- Reporting on sales performance and customer activity via the CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Around 3 years’ experience in a sales role
- Experience selling into builder merchants, DIY, hardware or similar sectors (or a strong retail background and ready to step into supplier‑side sales)
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
- Confident with CRM systems and structured territory management
- Commercially sharp, self‑motivated, organised and calm under pressure
- A genuine team player with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and UK‑based
