Marketing and Business Development Executive

£30,000–£35,000 per year
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll help promote Centum’s people, projects and opportunities to clients, potential customers and future recruits.

You’ll have the tools, resources and support you need to succeed, with a manager helping you settle in and make the best possible start.
What you will do
- Keep our social channels active with content that follows our brand and messaging.
- Gather stories and create content from our people, Academy and European sites.
- Organise events and look after clients and guests.
- Build relationships through LinkedIn, social media and events, then hand interested prospects to the Business Development Manager, who owns and manages the LinkedIn lead pipeline.
What you will bring
- 3–4 years’ experience in marketing and events.
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship management skills.
- The practical skills and confidence to work independently and get started without training in the basics.
- Experience using LinkedIn for outreach and working with brand assets and guidelines.
- Willingness to travel across Europe for site visits and events.
Nice to have: Canva, video editing, B2B or construction marketing, and agency experience—particularly client account management.
