About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to help with day-to-day office tasks, with a focus on booking travel and accommodation for our team. You’ll make sure all arrangements run smoothly, are cost-effective, and meet company needs.
Main Duties
- Book travel for staff, including flights, trains, and car hire.
- Arrange hotel and accommodation bookings for staff and visitors.
- Keep clear records of bookings, costs, and travel details.
- Work with travel agents and suppliers to get the best prices and service.
- Handle travel and accommodation invoices and make sure they’re processed correctly.
- Help with general office administration when needed (such as scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, or updating records).
- Be the main contact for staff needing travel or accommodation support.
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confident using email, spreadsheets, and online booking systems.
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
- Friendly, helpful attitude and able to work well with others.
