Integrate programme information with labour, productivity, and commercial data. Monitor progress against planned performance and identify corrective actions.
- Risk Management & Delay Analysis: Maintain project constraint registers and risk logs. Assess impacts of design changes, procurement delays, labour shortages, access restrictions, and client-driven changes. Support delay analysis, mitigation planning, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions. Undertake schedule risk analysis and scenario modelling to support project decision-making.
- Labour & Resource Planning: Develop labour forecasts, manloading schedules, and crew allocation plans. Work with construction teams to optimise workforce deployment and productivity. Support short-term and long-term resource planning across multiple projects.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Lead weekly and monthly planning reports. Produce programme narratives and executive-level planning reports. Present schedule performance, forecasts, risks, and recovery strategies to senior management and clients. Provide board-level visibility on project status and programme performance.
- Commercial & Operational Support: Support Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors with programme-based substantiation for variations, claims, and EOT assessments. Provide earned value analysis and spent-versus-earned reporting. Ensure planning data supports commercial and contractual requirements.
