Centum Engineering Academy General Operative Intake Applications Now Open Centum Engineering is now inviting Expressions of Interest for the second intake of the Centum Academy.

The Academy has been designed to prepare General Operatives for deployment across Centum Engineering projects, providing practical training, industry-recognised certifications, and a structured pathway into long-term opportunities within our business.

A European Visa or relevant Passport to work in Europe is a necessity.

What the Academy Provides 2-week structured Academy programme Practical, hands-on training Site readiness and safe working practices Training aligned to the Centum way of working Industry-required certifications funded by Centum Assessment and development by experienced personnel Opportunity to progress onto major construction and engineering projects Who We Are Looking For We are seeking individuals who: Understand the importance of safety and teamwork Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn Can follow instruction and work effectively as part of a team Have the right to work in Europe Previous experience working on construction, industrial, engineering, or infrastructure projects is desirable.

Complete the Academy training and assessments.

Successful participants will be considered for deployment onto Centum Engineering projects.

Long-Term Opportunities Successful candidates who progress through the Academy and onto projects will have access to long-term opportunities across the Centum Engineering business.

Current projected annual gross earnings for deployed General Operatives range from: £33,486 £42,844 Depending on experience, project assignment, and location.
