We Are Hiring a Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic and growing team, servicing five care homes across South Devon.

Your Role
- Perform routine maintenance on internal and external areas of our buildings.
- Respond promptly to repair requests, addressing issues such as leaks, faulty appliances, and fixtures.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential safety hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain outdoor areas including paving, walkways and waste storage areas.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and log maintenance activities.
- Test fire safety systems and water temperatures in line with health and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel between care homes across South Devon.
- Experience in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Vocational training in maintenance or related fields is preferred but not essential.
- Address in the South Devon area (required).
- UK driving licence with your own reliable car (required).
