A leading organisation in the construction sector is looking for a Head of Compliance. Someone who can keep operations safe, legal, and consistent without strangling the day-to-day work.

If you come from the military and have experience in standards, policy, safety, governance or risk, this role plays directly to your strengths. NEBOSH/IOSH highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading compliance across safety, quality, environmental and operational areas
• Keeping the business legally compliant and audit‑ready
• Managing frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025, COSHH
• Translating regulations into simple, workable processes
• Running internal audits and supporting external ones
• Supporting managers and frontline teams to embed compliance
• Reporting key risks and improvements to senior leadership
• Driving a positive, practical compliance culture
