This role is perfectly suited to ex-Military personnel with strong experience in standards, policy, governance, risk management, or leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage compliance across safety, quality, environmental and operational standards.
- Ensure the organisation remains legally compliant and aligned with internal policies.
- Maintain and improve compliance frameworks linked to ISO 9001, ISO 17025, COSHH, and relevant construction legislation.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and convert them into clear, practical processes.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Support managers and site teams in embedding compliance requirements into daily operations.
- Maintain accurate risk assessments, procedures, and compliance documentation.
