We are looking for a hands-on, proactive Facilities Technician to help maintain and improve our site in New Malden. You will support a range of tasks—maintenance, inspections, contractor supervision, office moves, and site improvements—ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our mission-critical teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and decorating
  • Carry out routine & reactive building checks and fixes
  • Support space planning and office fitouts
  • Supervise on-site contractors and monitor cleaning standards
  • Contribute to safety, sustainability, and site operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous facilities or maintenance experience
  • Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)

Desirable: First Aid at Work, NVQ or City & Guilds in property/building maintenance
