We’re looking for a Bid & Proposals Manager to own the end-to-end tender and framework bid process within our fire and security services business. This is a hands-on role working closely with sales and operational teams to produce high-quality, compliant, and commercially strong submissions. The role is primarily office-based, with occasional client site visits to support the development of realistic and competitive proposals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and qualifying tender and framework opportunities
  • Managing bids from qualification through to submission
  • Coordinating internal contributors and leading bid reviews
  • Writing and managing PQQs, tenders, presentations, and clarifications
  • Working with operational teams to capture technical detail
  • Maintaining bid libraries, certifications, and case studies
  • Tracking bid outcomes and supporting re-tenders

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a bid, proposals, or tender management role
  • Strong written communication and organisation skills
  • Confidence working with tender portals and deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience in fire & security or similar regulated service environments
  • Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO, NSI, BAFE)
  • Comfortable attending client sites when required
