We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Croft Lodge. This is a 36-hour permanent position, working a flexible shift pattern, including every other weekend.
As a Team Leader, you will lead by example, supporting the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care while ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the home.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the care team on shift.
- Ensure all residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
- Administer and oversee medications in line with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate care plans and resident records.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, residents and their families.
- Support with staff training, mentoring and development.
- Assist with shift planning and day-to-day running of the home.
- Promote residents' wellbeing through regular assessment and review of care needs.
- Medication trained.
- Previous experience working in a care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred).
- Flexible to work a varied shift pattern.
- Available to work every other weekend.
