We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team at Beacon House, our welcoming 29-bedroom residential care home. At Beacon House, our compassionate staff are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and respect for every resident. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and truly at home.

- A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a care home.
- Experience administering medication (experience using an electronic medication system is preferred).
- Experience completing and reviewing care plans.
- The confidence and ability to lead and support a care team.
- A minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 is preferred).
- Flexibility to work every other weekend.
- The ability to cover occasional night shifts when required.
